Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AUR Ventures LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("OrgSage," "we," "us"), governing your use of the OrgSage service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Service Description

OrgSage provides AI-powered Salesforce metadata analysis. The service reads your org's schema definitions, field structures, automation configurations, and dependency graphs. OrgSage never accesses, stores, or processes your customer records, data values, or personally identifiable information from your Salesforce org. OrgSage is designed for sandbox and Developer Edition orgs.

2. Beta Service

OrgSage is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service is provided without any uptime or availability guarantee during this period. We may contact you about your use of the beta.

3. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use OrgSage. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use of OrgSage is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short: don't use the service unlawfully, don't try to break or reverse engineer it, and don't attempt to access other users' data.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your Salesforce metadata. OrgSage does not claim ownership over any data you provide. When you disconnect an org, delete a workspace, or delete your account, the corresponding metadata is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Pricing is based on a license-ownership model: you purchase the number of user and connected-org licenses your workspace needs, and your subscription quantity reflects that.

  • Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Changes: Adding licenses takes effect immediately and is prorated by Stripe; removing licenses takes effect at the next renewal.
  • Beta pricing & promotions: Beta pricing and any promotional discount (for example, a first-month discount) apply only as described at checkout and may change for future billing periods. Promotional discounts apply once unless stated otherwise.
  • Taxes: Stated prices exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
  • Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; we may grant refunds for the current billing period at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OrgSage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated analysis may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrgSage and AUR Ventures LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement below, the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.

12. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court if it qualifies.

You and OrgSage waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If applicable law does not permit a particular dispute to be arbitrated or waived, that dispute will proceed in the courts identified above, but the rest of this section remains in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
