Terms of Service

1. Service Description

OrgSage provides AI-powered Salesforce metadata analysis. The service reads your org's schema definitions, field structures, automation configurations, and dependency graphs. OrgSage never accesses, stores, or processes your customer records, data values, or personally identifiable information from your Salesforce org.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not maintain more than one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service beyond normal usage

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your Salesforce metadata. OrgSage does not claim ownership over any data you provide. When you disconnect an org, all synced metadata for that org is permanently deleted from our systems.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You may cancel at any time through your workspace settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

OrgSage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
