Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using OrgSage, operated by AUR Ventures LLC. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Connect a Salesforce org you are not authorized to access, or use the service in breach of your agreement with Salesforce.
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or use another customer's account, workspace, or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service activity).
  • Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or place unreasonable load on the service beyond normal product usage, or attempt to exceed or evade plan limits.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Upload or transmit malware, or use the service to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Misuse AI features to generate unlawful content or to attempt to extract another customer's data.

2. Intended Use

OrgSage is built for analyzing the metadata of Salesforce sandbox and Developer Edition orgs. Using the service in ways it is not designed for may lead to errors and is at your own risk.

3. Reporting Abuse

To report a security issue or a violation of this policy, contact us at admin@getorgsage.com. We investigate reports and take appropriate action.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates this policy or harms the service, other users, or third parties.
