Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how OrgSage, operated by AUR Ventures LLC, uses cookies. We keep this simple because OrgSage uses cookies sparingly.

1. What We Use

OrgSage uses a single strictly necessary session cookie. It stores your signed, encrypted login session so that you stay authenticated as you move between pages. Without it, you could not sign in or use the product.

2. What We Do NOT Use

  • No advertising or marketing cookies.
  • No cross-site tracking or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.
  • No selling of any data derived from cookies.

3. Consent

Because our only cookie is strictly necessary to deliver a service you have requested (signing in), it is exempt from consent requirements under the GDPR/ePrivacy framework and does not require a cookie banner. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and request consent first.

4. Managing Cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in to OrgSage.

5. Third-Party Payment Pages

When you make a payment, you are redirected to Stripe, which sets its own cookies on its checkout pages under Stripe's cookie and privacy policies. We do not control those cookies.
